Rodgers has always been one of the best ever at sliding around in the pocket avoiding the rush with his eyes downfield. His injuries have come mostly from scrambles/broken plays - which are much more circumstantially fluke. That said, he's always good for about 30 sacks/season and his body ain't as spry as it used to be. 65% is definitely the target and I expect him to easily hit that; but we'll see...
