NFL TV Ratings

I watch the games on their app. It's free. I wonder how long they'll allow that. Been doing it for 3 years now.

The OTA games? I doubt they will ever stop doing that.

Not sure what you mean. The app broadcasts every Thursday night, Sunday night and Monday night game and on Sunday's gives me whatever noon regional broadcast and the 3pm regional is based on my location.

OTA means over-the-air. Aka your local NBC/ABC/CBS/Fox affiliates.
 
But its out of season, lot of other sporting options, people are doing winter activities, no fans allowed in the stadium, something like that I am sure as to why their ratings are down.
 
Haven't missed too many here.

Loving the delayed games where we get a Tues or Wed as well.

And Sat games start this week.
 
He compares a Thursday night game this year (ratings suck) to a Thursday night game last year (ratings great). The whole kneeling controversy is not new this year. COVID and all the crap that came with it is. Not too hard to figure out what's going on with ratings during this clusterfuck of a season. I love football, but watching the games is just plain weird. I would obviously like the Ravens to make the playoffs, but if they don't...I won't be nearly as crushed as I would be in any other year. Just another reason 2020 has absolutely sucked.

I haven't watched a single second of any NFL game since the Packers-49ers game six weeks ago. Before this season, the last time I missed more than one Packer game in a row I was prepubescent. And it's not like I'm too busy most Sundays to watch, I just don't care. My interest is damn near completely extinguished right now.

Expanded playoffs is killing ratings. NFL decided to water down their regular season and look at where we are
 
Of course the ratings are down. We've got less people this year.... because Covid. Corpses don't watch football you know.
