Got to be Kapler or Counsell.

I'mm going with Counsell. His job managing the pitching staff is writing a textbook.
 
Kapler in a runaway. Giants were essentially given no shot of making the playoffs. And they did it without the big names that the dodgers and padres have. Brewers were right there with the Cards as favorites to win the division.

Also, Giants were projected to win like 70-75 games this year.

Gotta be Kapler. Looking at the current standings and records, pretty much everyone had SF and SD reversed in their predictions.

I hated him in Philly, especially in September when the rosters would expand. He’d have a 20 man bullpen and use every damn one of them. A 4-0 game would take longer than a 13 inning 15-14 slugfest

Because Kapler is the obvious choice. Took a team projected to have around 75 wins to the best record in baseball without any of the star power of their division opponents.

The Brewers were projected to be contenders for the Central

The Giants were projected to be a very distant third in the west

You like Kapler and I like Counsell. They both have done good jobs.
