Best of luck, ol dawg

It’s amazing he’s still alive with all the drugs he’s taken.

Like his music, but he was one of the worst concerts I went to. He was good while he played, but he got pissed off and left after like 15 minutes leaving a bar full of pissed off bikers while Inused a fake ID to get into the joint and was hoping I’d get out alive

Fuck that racist pos
I don't know enough about him to understand this. I know he has a song that says the N-word, but is there more than that, that I missed?

Isn't he the one that did a spoof on Bad Moon On the Rise with there's a race war on the rise?

No, unfortunately a lot of Johnny Rebel songs are mislabeled as DAC.

David viewed songwriting like an actor playing a role. He did have a couple songs that said the N word, but he says it was part of the story, and he’s always employed black band members who were fine with those songs

On the same album that included tracks like “Finger Fucking Sally”, “Masturbation Blues” and “Cum Stains on the Pillow”

He was out there for sure

Reading up on him, it says he stopped playing those some time ago too. Appears most are from one "x-rated" album, which seems to be almost a parody album, but most certainly a shock rock album.

His black band members thought it was hilarious.
