Lopez is fresh off the IL and just pitched 6 innings two days ago.

If by some miracle we do win this game, and Sale still can’t go, I’m wondering who goes after Fried in the WCR

Grant holmes with bullpen game behind him probably. Or they use one of the young guys, like AJ. But I'm sure they'll blow it before then.

It’s a pointless question, but Holmes has thrown 5 innings between today and yesterday.

I’m sure Jimenez is gonna make it a non factor next inning

Lopez can still be an option tho. With them just using him for an inning, it could be essentially just an off-day bullpen session for him.

But yeah, i have my doubts these last two innings
