So… SEC championship rematch title game then…
Harbaugh has got to throw the ball. Pass it more and Michigan can win, run up against that dline and it's gonna be tough.
It is irrelevant because the matchups would have been the same unless you think there is a difference in traveling to Miami instead of Dallas.Michigan should have been #1.
no one can be this dumbYou belong … I think Georgia is the best team this year in the NCAA … followed closely by Alabama

If Michigan is #1 they get to beat Cincinnati. Huge difference. It is irrelevant because the matchups would have been the same unless you think there is a difference in traveling to Miami instead of Dallas.
Yeah....someone created a thread for it and everything.1. Alabama
2. Michigan
3. Georgia
4. Cincinnati
I hate playing Georgia, but you don’t get anyone easy here.
I thank you for the respect toward Michigan, but I really think Alabama deserves the #1 spot. Maybe a little lean towards Alabama because of their recent history, the way they handled Georgia or my not expecting Michigan to be the top team in the NCAA. I am proud of the way Michigan has been looking, and how they didn’t lose their focus after beating ohio state.Michigan should have been #1.
Matchups would have been different.
Bama at #2 would have gotten Georgia at #3, no?
Matchups would have been different.
One of the rules used in seeding the four is to avoid rematches in the opening round, IIRC. If UM were ranked #1, Bama at #2, then Cincy would have been put as #3 and UGA #4 to keep from having a Bama/UGA semi. I will look for that rule if you like.If Michigan is #1 they get to beat Cincinnati. Huge difference.
That’s a stupid rule. One of the rules used in seeding the four is to avoid rematches in the opening round, IIRC. If UM were ranked #1, Bama at #2, then Cincy would have been put as #3 and UGA #4 to keep from having a Bama/UGA semi. I will look for that rule if you like.
