At first I didn't mind it, I felt it gave the audience at home a more normal feel and presentation, but whoever is controlling the fan audio is awful at it. A 2 yard run is the same crowd noise as a 50 yard throw. The "Fans" will inexplicably go wild as well.

Just ditch the artificial noise.

Ya it is just ridiculous

It proves just how stupid NFL owners believe their fan base to be.

I don’t see what the problem is. It makes it seem a bit more normal. You gotta love the noise control person in Philly boing Wentz

I felt baseball did a decent enough job with it. I didn’t find it out and out horrendous.

But, than....I also realize I don’t really use the crowd noise to dictate what’s happening with baseball. If I have my eyes off the screen for a moment with football my mind is auto geared to the crowd noise meaning either good or bad for who I’m rooting for. I did no fully realize this until the last few weeks.

I look away and hear the noise and think one thing only to look back over and it’s not that at all.

I really have not found no crowd to be such a big deal like I thought it would. The game is still the game. On that....fuck the canned crowd noise.

Except, with the way the Eagles are playing, go ahead and keep the canned booing.

well, philly booed carson wetntz with no one in the stands, so...

I wasn’t a big fan of it at first but then you think it’s better then nothing

But Autzen Stadium has been using artificial crowd noise for years. You know that, right?

I don't mind it at all. I barely notice it. I think it would be more noticeable if there was dead silence.

I find it hillareous when a player gets called for PI and turns to the stands with his arms raised like "you artificial fans saw that!"

It can be kind of droning, but I suppose it's better than silence.

I come in and out of noticing it, but I will say, when it comes back in, I kinda get annoyed. Mostly just cuz I'm reminded of the faggotry of it all.

I like it. During the first game, I had the radio on in the car driving home and the game was on for like 2 minutes before I even noticed because without the crowd noise, the broadcast was awful. It had no character, and I didn't even notice the difference between their pregame talk and their gamecasting.

You gotta work with what you have during the situation. Dead silence is kinda sucky. If there's a better option than artificial noise, then I'm all ears.
