The Sopranos.
I was to put GOT here and for the entire body of work think you can make an argument. Everyone talks about the last 2 seasons but season 7 had some of the best cinematography of the entire series. And season 8 had the misfortune of being compared against Endgame and the MCU absolutely knocked it out of the park there. But, although I was entertained by season 8, it definitely fell flat compared to the rest of the series.
