I think the ball did cross the line of scrimmage and went back. Could you still pass the ball forward if the QB crosses the LOS and comes back?

I don't believe so. That would be like a QB crossing the LOS, then going back and throwing a forward pass. Of course, I learned earlier this year that (at least in the NFL), you can punt the ball twice if it doesn't cross the LOS.

Kind of agree. However, teams they will battle rankings with have had these types of games too. Cincinnati is the only one that has it this week. But then again, they are not doing it with KU. But at the same time, a W is a W. A L would be totally different. They are the only 8-0 team this week. UTSA is the only other team that can be 8-0.
