What's your favorite online poker site?

Used to have a group back in college that would have a weekly game ($100 buy-in), but haven't found many in my area now to set up a regular game. I'm currently playing the Zynga site just for fun (no real money), but with it being free, the mental game isn't the same with many going all in preflop much of the time, or playing junk that happens to get lucky on the river. May just be the way free online poker sites are, but at least it gives me some entertainment.

Used to play online poker for money before they quit allowing it. Played mostly on PokerStars back then.

America’s Card Room probably has the best multi-table tournaments. You have to set up a BitCoin wallet in order for funds to go back and forth though which is kind of a pain in the butt.

lol, online games are for suckers. real poker is the only way you can properly play card games.

Eh things like Blackjack I can get playing online, but Poker is such a mental game and reading the face or reactions of other players. I really don't get why people play Poker online.

Because you can play in your underwear, don’t have to deal with angry drunks (I’ve had security take away someone at Potawatomi Casino for not liking the way I played pocket kings once), and you don’t have to inhale cigarette smoke for hours. I’m not going to argue that live poker isn’t more fun but there are plenty of reasons to play it online. The main downside are sometimes people cheating by soft playing each other. It’s only doable in sit and go tournaments though.

Id suggest global poker. They stake you coins that you can flip to real money and they have free daily tournaments for coins

I used to play a lot on WSP. Got bored with it.

Dude no shit.. I can play online poker in my underwear!? OMG like... when I call into a conference call these days every day at work? That might be the most derp comment of 2020.

My point is being in person with Poker is a strategic advantage.

I've never really played online. Been playing live poker since I was 16 though(well, I haven't played since April because of Covid, they still have the games, but I don't wanna risk it, I gave up my favorite thing in the world, so I don't wanna hear no shit about the fact that I have yet to wear a mask)

That’s because any physical reaction is more information and in a game like poker more information is always better. You can’t discount convenience when talking about playing a game though. It cuts both ways even if you don’t like online poker.

mmmmmmmmmm.... you make a valid point. I still prefer poker in person though.
