They are talking about teams who need a QB in the top 5 of the draft, should call the Minnesota Vikings and offer their top 5 pick for JJ McCarthy, as he didn't play a snap this year.

I like JJ McCarthy, but that is wild to me. They said he would 100% be the #1 pick in the draft this year if he had waited to come out. That is how poor the QB class is coming out of CFB.
