Oregon is going to have a TE that is collecting social security, as well as NIL

Who is this guy, Van Wilder?

At some point, it’s time to go out and get a job. If the NFL isn’t interested after 8 years, they won’t be after 9

he's going to be 25 in April

2016: redshirt
2017: played in every game
2018: season ending injury in first game
2019: injured
2020: pandemic season; injured
2021: season ending injury in second game
2022: played

he probably knows that he's not going to sniff the NFL and the moment his college eligibility runs out he will never play the game again. milking it for all its worth.

and i'm guessing collegiate athletes have more resources after graduation than regular grads. just an assumption, i could be way off base there

25 years old. OK. At 25, how many degrees does he have and what are they in? Has he spent some time in the service? What company is he in and what department is he in working his way up? What accomplishments does he have helping other people not counting BLM protests and ANTIFA riots?

It's time to stop spelling Oregon with "o's" and start using zeros instead.

Chris Weinke was like 28 when he won a natty at Florida State. Brandon Weeden was 29 when his playing days at Oklahoma State were done. They were failed minor league baseball players.

The Covid year not counting towards eligibility makes for some weird scenarios like this.

The CUSA CCG set the record for oldest combined age for starting QBs in a college football game at 54. UTSA QB was in his 7th year at college and the North Texas QB played six years of minor league baseball.

Hell, Stetson Bennett is 25.

6 years in college and apparently had to repeat a grade in elementary school or something

Been fortunate to see and hear Johnny and Waylon in concert. For whatever reasons, they came and played in Lake Charles. Glad they did.
