Oregon St and Wash St have sued the Pac 12 so they can call ALL the shots for the conference now

Judge grants Temporary Restraining Order.

I will say it is highly bs that this lawsuit was filed in Whitman County. Ain’t no way a judge can rule against Oregon State and Washington State and still live in the area.

So PAC 12 has to take it to appeals court. Do it.

Contracts is contracts. Next judge will find same. Washington St and Oregon St control all of PACs assets.

Judge gave the right to still vote on things, but it'll take 100% to get anything passed.

Maybe a dumb question but what if Oregon State and Washington State had $200 Million to maybe as much as $350 Million in their pockets after the PAC 12 craters and they offered that money to the Big Ten for membership? What would happen?

Can't see how they would have that much money.

PAC assets are valued at around 40 million.

Even if they had that cash the B1G doesn't take them. The networks aren't going to pay extra for them and when you split 350mm by 14 original teams that comes out to 25mm a piece and it wouldn't take long for that to gone.

Now the ACC might be tempted because the numbers are grossly different and they are staring down the face of losing probably 4 teams in the next 12 years.
