In fairness to uw, this is uw first game. Oregon state has played a game as they are 0-1.
 
That was an awesome drive! Should have done a QB sneak for the first down though.

Kind of old school football. Both teams are running it well. I like the diversity of run plays UW is running, but they need to be more gap sound on D. Plenty of teams in the conf with tougher lines than the beavs.

So you agree UO struggle bussing with the Cougs is worse than UW struggle bussing with the beavs
 
When are they going to actually look at how badly most of the targeting calls have been and modify the rule to stop leaving so much room for bad calls?
 
Weird how the game thread on the old site is 95% mods posting to mods.
 
That totally changed the game too. Instead of either having to go a 4th and 3 or only take a 6pt lead on a short FG, first and goal with a chance to salt it away.
 
Washington should have gone for it on 4th and goal! Beavs can run the kick back and win the game now. Go Beavs!
 
Bummer. Great Game though! Night Night from the Central Time Zone.
 
Not a fundamentally strong game, but take the win. Over 300 days since their last live action, first game under new HC with a new offense and a FR QB. Special teams were not good. In any phase.

It might be no crowd covid ball, but it's better than no football.
