I don’t see anything about Oct 26 2011 that pops out. And I don’t see anything in a quick google search about it.

Welp, I am all caught up on this show now. Kinda upset because I didn't realize it was still being released one week at a time. I hate that services still do that nonsense. Just release the full season like Netflix does. I (personally) am more likely to stop watching due to forgetting about the show when it does stuff like that.

But in regards to Peacemaker, it has good production and music, but the acting is meh, it is somewhat funny, but I don't understand the point of Adebayo. It's like she is just there to check off each of the SWJ cliches with the lesbian relationship, septum piercing, partly dyed hair, trashing white males, etc... all the while, she doesn't really serve a purpose on the team. You have the leader (Murn), the computer guy (Economus), the action people (Peacemaker/Vigilante) and the do it all person (Horcourt) who even mentioned at one point t Adebayo saying 'what qualifications do you even have'. Don't get me wrong, Adebayos character has been central to the development and progression of the story, but it doesn't seem like it comes from the characters ability, just more happenstance. That is a writing issue in my opinion.

All in all, it is an entertaining movie. Vigilante, imo, is the best character though. He is outshining Peacemaker in a lot of scenes. Idk why, but I have to watch the opening title sequence every time. Cenas dancing is so weird.
 
We haven’t seen the point of Adebayo yet. The team doesn’t know who she is yet, and she struggles with it herself. That will either expand later this season (is this week’s episode the finale?) or will be a big theme in future seasons.

As for the opening sequence, how about when the T2000 blows a load on the camera. Hilarious.

Adebayo is supposed to be the wild card, no one knows why she is really there. The regulars should be making a bigger deal about it, like what is her role even. She will be a big player eventually.

I think we have two episodes left don't we? There will be 8, so whenever that is. Adebayo has been like the secondary story since only the audience knows about it. I think that will reveal itself in the last minute or two of the season, it will be the cliffhanger.

The finale is supposed to be insane:

“James and Warner Brothers and HBO were all like, "No. We want this to be viewed and huge." I remember when we were shooting one scene in particular. The last episode takes place mostly at night and it was about 21 days of shooting at night. It was like three o'clock in the morning, and James was running around with so much energy laughing going, "I can't believe they're letting me do this. I cannot believe they OK'd this. Warner Brothers and HBO must be out of their mind. I can't believe I get to do this." I've worked with James on four or five projects, I've never seen him that excited, that giddy. It's gonna be great. It's gonna be well worth the wait.”

I’m intrigued.
 
Oh, they will do some wacky shit with that Cow. It will most likely be beyond cringe-worthy.
