Led Zeppelin sold albums, and I would imagine that they influence many more rock ‘n roll bands then The Who did. Pete couldn’t hold a candle to Jimmy page.

Well, one could argue that they influenced a whole bunch of shitty bands too. Most glam rock and hair bands are direct derivatives of Zeppelin.

Zeppelin ripped off more than just the Who! Half their songs were actually other people's songs.

Kind of like Carlos Mencia, who was a comedian that stole everyone else's material....
