2. Cardinals(I’ll make a pretty penny if they win it all, purely financial reasons for their spot)

How can anyone, and I mean ANYONE, want Rays to be the last team to root for to win the WS. Talk about a team that outplays their budget.

Division rival to his team. I would have the Marlins near the bottom too if they ever make the playoffs

Call me crazy, but that just doesn't make sense to me, but to each his own.

Think the Rays have been a bigger pain in the ass than the Yankees for the Red Sox since 2010

If the Rays were in another division, they'd be much higher. But they aren't. And they've been a pretty annoying rival since 2008. Not that the Yankees aren't a rival, but I don't find too much to hate about their current roster (save for Chapman and Cole to some extent)
