I had this thought too but I think the World Series will make up for it. Baseball HOF voting is basically a good old boys club and they love Posey so I think he makes it.

I don't think he's going to get into the HOF, unless somehow Bruce Bochy becomes head of the HOF Veterans' Committee and puts him in, like that drunk ass LaRussa did with Harold Baines.

Thurman Munson is holding the JAWS/WAR line on HOF catchers right now, and the only recently retired guy above him is Mauer. Until Munson gets in, Posey shouldn't be in.
