Post Easter Monday, red meat is back on the menu

Two of my best friends (they're brothers) were sent to CT and MA for boarding schools. They had good experiences and each went on to complete outrageous educations, but I just could not see sending my kid away at 14/15 years old.
agreed, you got to get them out of the house much earlier

Yeah, it was already smoked, but I don't really understand how taking the whole time to heat it one day and then re-heating it the next does any good. She even has (and used) an electric roaster to do the cooking, so it's not like she was trying to save oven space or something.

unless she thinks cooking it with glaze day before helps. I don't know

Virtually all ham is re-heated.

Gonna have ham for days here.

Don't quite understand my MIL's method, but whatever. We dropped the ham off at their place Saturday evening so they could start it Sunday afternoon. She cooked it Saturday night instead. So, we reheated it again.

Got more work done on the baseball fields over the weekend. Hoping the weather cooperates for opening day on Saturday.
RIP Ham.

Solid weekend. Nice weather, baseball, basketball, bike rides, naps, board games, and no more vaccine side effects.

Only complaint is that I burned the roasted veggies for Easter dinner. And that was self-inflicted.

Had my first Collared Greens yesterday from the BBQ actually really gooooooood

My massage gun from Amazon arrived today. Smelled the box, did not smell pee

Murray had xrays today for possible problems with recovery, $200 to find out he's being a baby in recovery and just being stubborn to not use it
