I think that's maybe a simulator. There are some very realistic simulators no days.

The SR-71 is retired anyway so that would have to be pretty old footage.

When I was in high school, someone donated a Lamborghini to the local police department and they had it painted like a police car. Kind of badass. Haven't thought about that in years. I wonder what ever happened to it. I'll have to ask some of the cops I know.
