Post your early top 25 for the upcoming season

From an SEC perspective, Alabama and Georgia are a mile ahead. Texas A&M is recruiting at their level but I don't think they have a QB that can get them into that top 2 yet. We will see. Michigan was kind of in the same boat as A&M as they had great talent but needed a star player to get them to that next level. I still don't think Michigan quite has it but they had enough to finally break through in 2022.

I can see the argument about Oklahoma. I feel like they lost too much but we will see. I debated putting them in the 18-25 range. I am not really confident about those spots anyways.

Heck, Texas is another one of those teams who could be in top 25.

shit man.. i was hoping to come into the season unranked, but I'm hearing more people placing UT into the top 25 now.. It's not just you but I'm going to blame you nonetheless

Offense is going to be fine, especially if Ewers can hit the long passes Casey STRUGGLED finding or throwing. It's the defense that concerns me, doesn't help that Bama is coming week 2 with the defense still trying to find itself vs a returning stud QB

I did zero research. Basically throwing darts at a board.

1-15 = Fill in the blanks
Sweet 16 = Iowa State!
17-25 = Fill in the blanks.

Iowa State was a team that I thought long on as well. If you had me bet, I would go with Iowa State at 8-4 without looking at their schedule (I need to see it). Whether that puts them in the top 25 or not is up in the air. I think they will finish in the top half of the Big12 and could be a big spoiler.

Big12 is interesting, I have Okie State, Baylor, and Kansas State in my poll but I can see arguments for Iowa State, Oklahoma, Texas, and West Virginia as well.

I am really upset about this Alliance because I feel like it is screwing over the Big12 more than the SEC. Big12 really needs an expansion of playoffs because they are going to often have teams in that 6-10 range even after Oklahoma and Texas leave.

not shitting on your list at all since i don't take much stock right now with how the portal will be active again in a few weeks, but man seeing Baylor ranked that high? Don't think people understand how thin a lot of their wins were a season ago. Guess some feel like they will get those breaks once again

I had them high too. I think the Big12 is pretty wide open honestly because there are a lot of good but no great teams.

Baylor, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Iowa State, Oklahoma, and Texas could all potentially put something together and make a run in that league. I am not even sure about West Virginia as well.

Take the SEC, it is kind of boring because it is Alabama and Georgia are a mile ahead of everyone. Same with B1G and Ohio State/Michigan.

If Michigan State is ranked it’s a gift from last year and what Walker did but he’s gone and this offense is going to become just as much trash as the pass defense was last year.

So OU is not be found in the Top 25 which means everyone thinks Oklahoma's going to go something like 7-5 this year.

This is the OP list.. if you look elsewhere, people have ou like top 13-20 from what I have seen. But again, it's way too early since there will be more movement through the portal in a few weeks

I'd say it's probably a good bet that Duke will not be ranked. Maybe not on your list.

I looked hard over Arkansas. They lost a lot from last year. I would not expect as strong of a season in 2022. Same is true with Pittsburgh.

Split Wisconsin into 2 teams and both good enough to finish Top 25. That's depth right there.
