so in your reality 1914 Army National Championship means just as much to recruits as what Alabama Clemson and Georgia are doing through the playoffs?

Who the hell is talking about recruiting. I am talking about the 6 games that Wisconsin played Oregon. Nothing more.

If you would have asked me two weeks ago I would have bet Smith likely stays with Oregon State for his whole career. With the Pac imploding and a solid chance the Beavs end up below a P5 I'm not so sure now.

Even if Stanford and Cal stay and they try to rebuild the Pac, they end up somewhere between a G5 and P5 level. Is that enough for his level of coaching?
