The only thing I've compiled excess stock of over the past year is free firewood. Emerald Ash Borers have destroyed pretty much every ash tree in this area over the past year - including two on my property. Pretty much every time someone I know loses a tree, I get some free firewood out of the deal.
I never “prepped” but I do tend to hold a larger surplus of items like toilet paper and bottled water than I did in the past just in case there’s another irrational run on items at the store.

I have gallons of hand sanitizer. To make matters worse this weakassed shit isn't even flammable. I was going to pour it on the driveway of elderly couple next door and set fire to it.

i looked at getting a chest freezer for the garage just to use in the winter if the virus got worse. Seems a lot for that freezer to work in Texas during summer months but hell I couldn’t find a chest freezer hardly anywhere

First year I bow hunted maybe 20 years ago, we bought the first chest freezer. Would have a year's worth of meat. Since I gave quit hunting, my wife thinks I'm a vegetarian.
I found one perfectly fine (bought half a steer). It's only 7 cu.ft though
