I wouldn't call this season underperforming. Yeah they are on a 2 game losing streak but with their starting schedule I expected a lot worse than 3-2 at this point.

Biggest problem with this is he probably lost the locker room so how were they going to play for him the rest of the way?

The underperform comment was really an indictment of his career at the Raiders. I looked at their schedule, though, and they could have a chance this year. Only a few guaranteed losses, but a lot of toss ups

It depends on the direction they go after this? It could light a fire under them and they play well enough to get into the playoffs (that's their ceiling and I'm ok with that) or they could throw in the towel when faced with adversity like they did last season. (Started 6-3. Ended 2-5)
