TV Series Raised by Wolves

This looks so fascinating. To me, Raised by Wolves immediately references Romulus and Remus, two children raised by wolves who established Rome. Remus is killed by Romulus. I really think this is the reference of the title.

I am definitely hooked after three episodes. You?

I watched all three episodes, and am enjoying this so far. Ridley Scott sure enjoys stories featuring androids: Alien, Blade Runner, Prometheus, Alien Covenant. Scott's non-android films are awesome too, such as Thelma & Louise, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Kingdom of Heaven, The Martian.

However...
I'm still trying to figure out the need for Mother changing eyes. Why not keep the ass-kicking necromancer eyes installed all the time? The show runners should have explained this...unless I missed the explanation, but I don't think I missed any explanation of the need to swap eyes.

Also, I'm not crazy about the name necromancer as that title is generally utilized for a being who is capable of raising the dead to become minions, such as the Night King from Game of Thrones, he was clearly a necromancer. However, necromancers in Raised by Wolves simply lay waste to whomever the fuck they want as long as it fits in with their programming... they do not raise the dead.
