Random NFL Talk

i don't think the cowboys are relevant enough that anyone cares what their QB does.
that is how it should be, but Cowboys are always talked about, no matter how good or bad they play.

not having that game, how bad is the defense looking? are the saints that good on offense? did Kamara find the fountain of youth?

Cowboys losing both sides of the trenches so it is ugly! (or pretty in your case)

eagles get the saints next week, curious how good they are. looking like 2 pretty good showings to start the season.

they are seeming like they are for real. Their coaching is probably underrated.

Got up yesterday and put in a 4-leg ML parlay that seemed about as safe as could be - Ravens over Raiders, Cowboys over Saints, 49ers over Vikings, Chiefs over Bengals. I did not have a fun time.

Get ready to learn something

I'm familiar with that a shit article, and how it has soundly been dismantled on local radio shows. They aren't looking at all the spend Dallas has. It outright ignores dead money which Dallas usually has a bit of. It doesn't look at all what the actual cash outflow is, it's using half-assed numbers to look at cash outflows to current players in the current year.

Another fail by Mr "35+12=35 so you need to learn math"

Meanwhile in reality our QB has already made it to the Super Bowl where he put up one of the best performances ever by a QB. While the Cowboys' QB, a 31 year old in his 9th season and the highest paid QB contract in NFL history, has never made it past the Divisional Round and only has two career playoff wins with one of those career playoff wins being against an 8-9 team.
And he's won none, just like ours.

Remind me how 35+12 = 35 again

I feel like this conversation happens every year where the eagles are one or two seasons away from cap hell. Every year.
I've been pointing to 2025 for a while now. No change on my part.

Yet it is all Eagles fans can talk about once they are outed as not having a clue how the salary cap works or how your FO has completely screwed your future.

Y'all should have two weeks of tape to look at and figure out how to stop Carr. He isn't pushing anything vertical, seems like everything is a screen or a quick slant and our defense just can't adjust. If PHL will show more blitzes and then drop out into an underneath zone then I think you can do fine. Dallas D looked like we were just expecting to go out and pressure Carr into mistakes and he just got rid of the ball quickly and negated it all.

How many NFC Championships has Dak won? Or even played in?

The only thing that Dak and Hurts have in common with the post season is that they have the same punt of playoff wins. Difference being Dak has been in the league for more than double the years Hurts has been.

And yet there are no large spikes coming in the cap in 2025 or players entering free agency that the Eagles wouldn't be able to afford to bring back of they want to support your baseless theory.

Why change the subject? You said 35+12 was your cap room, then claimed that 35 was the number you claimed all along.

Sure there is, and I already laid it out. You can disagree with me on that, and that's fine.

But "derp derp 35 is before the 12 rollover" and then turning around and claiming you were saying the cap room would be 35 all along is what a low life piece of shit does.
