The Falcons gave that clown $180 million contract just this past summer... with $100 million guaranteed! Now not even through the first season of his 4 year contract, they bench him in favor of a rookie.

I'm not sure if this was the worse move ever, but it has to rank towards the top of the Top 10 Dumbest Moves by a NFL franchise.

Yeah, way too much, both overall and in guaranteed dollars. I'd say Kirk is pretty much circling the drain of his NFL career at this point. Maybe one or two journeyman stops, purely as a backup/mentor on 1-year deals, but that's about it.
