wow

the games this week SUCK

No one willing to put Michigan Hawaii on their lists?

Vandy hung 60 on Hawaii in Honolulu. This might be an all time terrible Hawaii team

It wasn't just the score, Hawaii's team looked very small and slow. It was like they didn't have FBS talent. They will struggle to win a game in the MWC.

SEC speed makes everyone look slow.

AMIRITE?

True... but only the top 4-5 teams in the SEC have the famed SEC Speed usually. Teams that have struggled recruiting don't have it.

no particular order

UTSA @Army People will sleep on this. UTSA showed they can play with the top of the G5 when they went OT with Houston. they were 12-2 last year and won CUSA. Army been consistent last few years turned in 9 wins last year.

24 Tenn @ 17 Pitt close in rank but not sure if Pitt is there because of last seasons results with first round pick QB.

Iowa State @ Iowa CYHawk tends to be a solid game.

20 Kentucky @ 12 Florida 2 ranked SEC teams. Kentucky won last year.

10 USC @ Stanford Everyone ignoring this one. USC is trending up but they only played Rice and lest we forget they were 4-8 last season and Stanford was 3-8 but one of the 3 was a W against USC 42-28.

9 Baylor @ 21 BYU Match up of future conference opponents.

Oregon State @ Fresno state Oregon state beat the perennial power of the Mountain West, Boise State last week. lets see if they can beat one of the favorites this year.

Miss St @ Arizona previous years wouldn't have thought much of this. And the sample size is small but Arizona showed some life against a solid San Diego State team last week beating them 38-20 pretty good turn from the 38- 14 loss to SDSU from a year ago.

Not a lot of great matchups this weekend. I'll watch Bama vs Texas for sure, and then likely have games on in the background.

I'll probably catch the ASU vs Oklahoma State game to see what the Devils have against the Cowboys, and then I'll likely nap, eat, and start drinking in preparation for the Zona game against Mississippi State. It's been awhile since I've been this excited for a Zona game, as we have sucked longer than the life of Queen Elizabeth (RIP).

Oh well, Bear Down boys.

1. UT @ Pitt
2. CyHawk bowl
3. Baylor v BYU
4. Bama @ Texas
5. Kentucky @ UF Florida hype will go atmospheric when/if they beat Kentucky who is overrated.
6. ASU v Okie State, measuring stick game for both imo.
7. Louisville at UCF (tonight) / KU @ WVU tomorrow.
Keep an eye on these two as UL may be firing their soon and Brown (WVU HC) has Kentucky ties. May or may not lead to some coach shuffling later this year.

8. Mississippi State v Arizona Bulldogs by a lot imo but might be worth a peek for awhile at least.

9. Georgia Southern v Nebraska, some kind of irony that Clay Helton may get someone I hired in his first year post USC no?

10. Appy State @ Texas A&M, juuuuust take a peek and see, could be tighter than Jimbo wants. Two WV coaches goin at it.

11. Marshall @ Notre Dame I think ND rolls but MAYBE there’s a letdown, we’ll see.

Scar v Arkansas as well

I will stick with your rankings although you are missing Miss State @ Arizona and Missouri @ Kansas State. I would put both ahead of Alabama @ Texas which will be a massacre.

USC @ Stanford also has potential.

¡El Assico! is so bad it's good.

Kentucky should still be solid. I have a feeling BYU’s fucked tho.
