Minnesota and Pitt were good back in the day for a brief time and never really gained success after... you are talking like 2 good decades out of 12. Where as for Nebraska you are talking about 2 bad ones out of 12 and those bad ones are still a lot better than some other teams. Minnesota and Pitt have thirteen 10+ winning seasons COMBINED. Nebraska has 28 by themselves. All teams have their upps and downs. Oklahoma must be shit because they never won a conference title in the 90s right?There are plenty of programs who have maintained success. The Ivy's had a great run as well. So did programs like Minnesota and Pittsburgh but they came to an end. All time Greats never came to an end.
