First, let's see Caleb do it consistently against good teams. On some of those throws against UT, he basically just threw the ball up for grabs and his WRs made some great catches. Not saying he's not good, he obviously is, just let's not anoint him the next best thing based on a small sample size.I know Vandergriff was an early OU commit and then ended up at Georgia and OU got Caleb. Do you think Brock will be doing the same things Caleb is doing?
As for Vandegriff, no one knows. He appears to have the potential. But he has a 4* in front of him, and a 5* coming in behind him. He was a 5*, but in the lowest A class in Ga. That said he seems to have all the tools, very competitive, can run and has canon for an arm. Coaches son, so he's football smart. 6'3 and tough. OU doesn't offer QBs unless they are good.
