morning

gonna be a lazy weekend here and I am very ok with that. We are out of town the next few weekends...it's gonna be a busy June
 
Lord, I hope he doesn't do fall ball. Around here, those are typically double headers every Saturday.
If he is 14u in the spring he should be going into HS in the fall wouldn't he?

14U Travel baseball
8U softball
middle school track
high school golf
8yo dance
12yo dance

They start wrapping up next week and everything is done by early June except travel ball, which goes to mid-fucking-July.
I won't do the travel ball for baseball or softball. They can ask all they want but it will be no. The regional training center for wrestling was pushing it, but almost a necessity to compete in that sport now.
 
If he makes the HS team that brings a whole new level of practices and games. Mid week. I like our travel ball tournaments and when we played a league we would do the double header format with at least one super weekend of double headers on Sat and Sun. Those were fun.

I'm starving. Greek yogurt with Grape Nuts is not satisfying right now. I hope the mixed field greens with light balsamic and a grilled chicken breast at lunch will sate me, but it probably won't

I put assorted veggies in the salad and spicy pepper rings. It's not bad. I'm used to it at this point.

I'm maniacal about what I eat during the day so I can eat what I want at night.
 
Nothing beats a good nap. But I can barely ever get one. I go to bed to early
I am up around 3am most days and home from work by 1pm-ish.

I eat lunch and generally trying to take a 2 hour nap about 1 hour later....

that looks fucking horrible, if you want jalapenos in your salad, you know you can just buy the actual thing, are they breaded? fucking hell.

my diet is probably a lot closer to slinks. for the past 3 weeks i've basically gone with some oatmeal to start the day (usually not until 1100) with some cayenne pepper, cinnamon (ceylon), and blueberries. usually follow it up with 1/4 cup of mixed nuts.

salad for lunch (spinach, red and green leaf (unless it looks shitty) then the italian blend and the one with the butter leaf in the bag, cucumber, tomato, carrot, with either balsamic vinaigrette or caesar (not that creamy mayo based bull shit). some protein filler on the side, be it egg, cheese, etc...

chicken or fish with some veggies for supper.

it's been fun times, but figure it's better than getting injected with a biologic? sounds unnecessary.
