Reign over me Friday

Starting a new role in my company. My current position is moving to more of a client only focus, with few to no direct reports.

New position will be mostly people focused. My team will be much bigger than my current position (I'm down to three reports currently, and I will have 10 or so reports now), and the team does work that I was doing and doing well enough to get promoted to manager, so it's really in my wheelhouse.
