Reunion Baseball Draft : CHAT

So little life update, my wife and I closed on a home in late October. So far it's been minor headaches along the way, mostly because this place was completely remodeled yet we're having to deal with issues like a leaky window and now the garbage disposal.

But the main thing is we bought this place because it has an undeveloped crawl space, which we're planning on creating an in-law unit for my mom to stay. Should be about close to 500+ square foot which is a good size unit for her. But the scope of the project just went up and now the budget just increased by 75%. Construction costs are crazy in the bay area right now as well as everything else.

Just more venting than anything.

Good to hear man because I know it was difficult just finding a place in general. No way would I ever move to Cali but at least now you have your place and space for your mom.

I just bought a new TV and my new couch is being delivered tomorrow, next is a new fridge, man they got expensive.

I hope Bonds never gets in or at least not until after he dies! He was easily the best player in the game, a once in a generation player but he seen McGwire and Sosa get all the attention chasing Maris and he got jealous. Next to Kirby he was my favorite player until the juice. I am sure I am in the minority in my thinking but he broke records because of the juice, Ortiz didn't and you're right likability matters. Shit four people didn't vote for Ty Cobb, that's ridiculous!

We are going to have to agree to disagree. However, it is their HOF, not mine.

He didn't set all time records. Like I said i'm sure i'm in the minority in my opinion on Bonds making it, for what it's worth I don't think Ortiz should have got in either.

Yeah, I'm just arguing the double standard mostly. If you shut out everyone fine, do that. But don't allow one guy in because he's more popular. And he wasn't nearly as good as some of the other players with the steroids labels.
