Oregon does NOT have a shot at the top 4. That shot was lost after the 46 point beat down and then bulldozed with the second loss. There are four 2 loss teams ranked higher than Oregon in the CFP rankings. The only PAC 12 team to have a shot at the playoffs is a one loss conf. champ. USC.

Let me add this. LSU is NOT going to beat Georgia, so only one SEC team in the playoffs. This does NOT, in any way, give Oregon any chance of a spot, because LSU doesn't have a spot to lose.

Actually, I don't disagree with you. Realistically, you are right... the "D" isn't quite ready for CFB Playoff Primetime, though no other Pac12 team's is either. But...

STILL... would be kinda fun to watch OD implode if SC somehow went and Puddles didn't!! :dhd:

Yeah, the only reason LSU has a chance is because they would have beaten a number 1 ranked Georgia and would be SEC Champs. If Georgia beats LSU and Oregon beats USC, it seems the best Oregon can hope for is moving up to #6, maybe #5.

Plus, Oregon still has to get past Oregon St. That is not a foregone conclusion this year.

Meh, his team still has a shot at the PAC Championship and, in his mind only, a chance at the cfp.

If they lose to Oregon St. and he continues to show up...then he gets props.
