This year is getting ridiculous, I wake up every morning and wonder who we're gonna lose today. Great songwriter, and when I think of Outlaw Country, I think of Billy Joe.

He's known mostly for his contributions to Outlaw Country in the 70's, but IMO, his best album was in the 90's with his son Eddie(who OD'd young and was a hell of a guitar picker)

Live Forever and Georgia on a Fast Train are probably my two favorite songs of his, and they're both on the Tramp on Your Street album

I don't post threads about hockey players, dead or alive so stop your crying. Blame your pappy for subjecting you to shitty music when you were a sappling because taint nobody else heard of that guy. RIP though if it makes you feel better.
