Rivalry Games That MUST Be Played Every Season

Not to put too fine a point on how drunk they were, but this person has Florida playing Miami, UCF, and Florida State every season. That's the entirety of their OOC schedule for every year. Now far be it from me to defend the Gators under any circumstances, but one of the chief complaints against Florida is that they never leave their state for OOC games.

As for North Carolina-South Carolina, there just has never been much of an appetite for that game. The fanbases don't hate each other and there's hardly ever any juice when they do actually play. I know Spurrier wanted to make it like the Georgia-Florida game but there's just never enough interest. I mean, one's a basketball school and the other one has ghey powder blue uniforms

Yeah. I didn’t get that one. Apparently this isn’t a real list of rivalries though (that’s self evident) but wish casting.

It might be one thing if they were in the same conference but they’re not. Clemson - SC is at least an in-state rivalry.

I'd consider NC State to be more of a rival with the Cocks. They've had some memorable games over the years. Now if you want to make that one an annual contest, I'm all ears

IMO, I think Iowa vs Penn State should be considered, even though it is not really considered a rivalry.

Good to see that the ACC is also taking steps to go division-less as well. Protect your rivalries but make sure to play everyone, every couple years.
