Had a pretty good weekend. Made some awesome risotto and rack of lamb on Friday for our anniversary. Birthday party for a friend on Saturday, watched my friend’s kid play soccer yesterday, and finished the weekend schooling Deuce in checkers.

Home today with Coal because daycare is closed. Just have to remember to pick Deuce up at school on time since he normally rides the bus to daycare.

Target Field has amazing food. My favorites from 2019 when I was last there were burnt ends, pork belly sandwich, Cuban sandwich, and poutine.
