So you believe he needed to turn his head around why then? If it wasn't a PI either way then why turn the head?

It was a clear textbook case. He was handsy all over the receiver without looking back.

If he turns his head around it isn’t called. Simple as that. I see players that turn their head around that create way more contact
 
It does suck 4 players sit out bc of the draft. Then another 15 out for other reasons but I think it is pathetic if it isn’t bc of injuries or personal reasons.

And you are allowed contact when that head is turned. Defenders are entitled to go for the ball as well. They are not entitled to face guard.
