It's the first OU/Texas game I didn't go to in a long time partly because I was expecting OU to get the hell beat out it. But a bigger reason is we have a new oil and gas partner we're working with to buy and develop a bunch of lease acreage in Texas and they are all huge Texas fans. They didn't have tickets and were going to go try their luck outside the stadium but I told them I'd give them my 4 tickets on the 40 yard line where there are both OU and UT fans (and we have gotten to know each other over the years). This morning they called me and thanked me profusely. We also signed the contracts to move ahead so I won twice. Once, not sitting there dropping F bombs which always gets me in trouble with my wife and we got a business deal moving forward. Win/win.

Pile on all you can while you can. Just the way it works when proud successful programs hit a bump, or maybe the wall in this case.

bro.. BV looked more like Chuck Strong out there than Mack or even Sark last season.. Yes Sark lost to Kansas, 6 straight Ls, but the team was never broken or quit the way ou did this past week.

Maybe BV will have all the answers but from a coach that never seemed to adjust his defenses vs high octane offenses.. I doubt it.

Or when someone says to temper their expectations and homers homer it up and insist that everything they do is successful and if you don’t believe it, you don’t know anything about football but you went full OD, you douche nozzle.
