• Don’t count overtime stats at all.
• Give the team which wins the overtime one point (1) to signify for the records who win the game.

Rather just change the overtime rules

Get rid of that 1 play from the 3 yd line for 2 pts trash.

How the fuck can they convert like 7 of those 2 pointers in a row when they can't convert something like that on 3rd and goal from the 3 in regulation half the time?

Players had to work to earn those stats. I say keep counting them
Work against defenses playing semi prevent for a FG. And score TDs on gifted red zone plays.

Good luck getting Vegas to go along with all that

How many stats can you pile up on 2pt conversions?

There are so many issues right now and this was a genuine thought? Who gives a fuck about stats? How would this help the game or fix any issues?

Inflated stats. I thought that was pretty much assumed in the question.
In all seriousness, using this logic then stats for post season games would be inflated stats right? They aren't in the regular season, aren't accumulated within the same number of games as the other teams
