Just heard about it and think its interesting. I guess its how the Russians sent coded messages to their troops or something. Need to look into more.

It's probably how the Ukrainians are intercepting their plans and showing up at key locations and destroy the Russian convoys. They may want to try something other than basic radio waves.

WTH ? Do they think people can't pay attention for a couple of hours and work out enough shifts so that wide awake people are listening, 24/7?
