You don't have to shut down the state -- just sign the guys who will become all-american's. Lord knows that isn't an issue for Ohio State.

Seeing the % of recruits pulled out of Texas by OSU who have become all-american's -- I'd say it is a pretty good chance at lease one, if not two of them end up all-american's.

All of these things are fairly true. I love Ohio living but I'll never say anything negative about Texas living.
