Damn. That sucks

Should have learned to swim.

RIP...

Fuck Arkansas though...

Respectfully

Wow. RIP Big Tex

Dang that sucks man.

The first Arky game I’ve seen live was probably the 2010 game @ UGA.

I still remember it being a mostly low-scoring game and Arky leading 24-10 midway thru the 4th qtr. Then UGA scores two tds in a span of ~4 mins to tie it up.

Arky looked like they were gonna coug it. Then with only like 0:13 left, Mallet throws a 40yd td. Arky wins 31-24.

Fun times.

Life is short en sech. We’re here today and gone tomorrow.

:rip:

Shit…

Always think of him as the first casualty of Rich Rod at Michigan.
Yep -- highest ranked QB recruit signed at UM and he left once we brought in Rich Rod, as he wanted a running QB.

RIP........way too young.

The gulf has such small waves. Curious about more details.
But horrible currents. My sister has a place on Pensacola beach so we go there a lot. Me and my daughter where on a big raft and the waves felt like we were being pushed in but really the current was pulling us out. I was getting some sun and not paying attenention and next thing I knew we were way out. I tried not to freak my daughter out but I was scared. I hoped off the raft and started trying to pull her in against the current. Didn't think I was going to make it. I was so sore and worn out the next day. Total respect for the ocean.

Reminder to all beach goers if you ever get caught in a rip current; swim parallel to the shore line and you will eventually swim out of the current and make it back to shore. Don't swim against it. It'll just keep pulling you out to sea and you'll tire out.

yeah, it's the currents.. several people have died or needed an emergency rescue down on Galveston Island.. currents can get rough, quickly.
