Sankey Laid The Law Down About Fake Injuries

I mean, we learned this in JV. If you take a hit, go down, and stay down, clutch a body part, and wait for the coaches and trainers to come out

How can you disprove an injury occurred? The standard is too ambiguous and subjective and a court will throw it out.
That’s the problem with it, you can’t REALLY say what is a real injury or if it was faked.
SO, imo the only way to relegate fake injuries is use this new era of safety to the point of stupidity to your advantage and make the injured player sit for at least that series if not 2 to “make sure the player gets the proper amount of time to be evaluated for his injury”.
Take em out of the game for a significant portion of the game and imo the fake injuries go way down if not disappear altogether.

And when the player fakes the injury, don't limp to the sideline only to be 'just fine' seconds later when you get off the field.
Hmmmm, make players sit out the rest of the series or a number of plays? Might work. If really injured, no harm is sitting a while. If not really injured, you don't play a while so quit faking it.

Reminds me of kids that fake being sick in order to stay home from school. Soon after school starts they are feeling well enough to go out and ride their bicycle. And some of their mom and dads fall for it over and over.
