Bookie:
$ 25,000.00
Scenario:
ALPHA team from p5 conference beats BRAVO team from a different p5 conference in week 3.

ALPHA team goes undefeated to the CCG, but loses to a #12 ranked two-loss team and ends up 12-1.

BRAVO team goes undefeated the rest of the way and wins their conference ending up 12-1.

The final CFP spot is between these two teams.

Let’s say all other factors are about equal.
Which team should go, ALPHA or BRAVO?

In your head, what takes precedence:
Head to Head win? or Conference Title Holder?

Need to know SOS of both teams as well before I make a decision.

Edit:nevermind. Saw you said other factors are about equal. Would probably lean towards the conference champ unless the game in week 3 was a complete blowout

I would vote for expansion to 12 teams so stupid issues like these don’t come up.

Sorry Alabama is still in.

If Texas and Alabama both only have one loss, Texas should get the nod.

If the committee has to choose between 12-1 Alabama and 12-1 Texas it will be fascinating IMO.

Alabama will have won a better conference and will have a better team in the power ratings world. But Texas beat them by double digits in their house. I think the committee will pick Alabama and then anger will ensue.
