IF, Wisky could throw a shit ton of money at Fickell I would be worried. However, Wisky has to get any employee (i.e. coach) salary approved by the state legislature. Remember this was one of the reasons Biliema left.

Plus, with UC going to the Big 12 there is more money to offer and a higher profile for the program.
