Severance, Apple TV.
This show hits on persistence of memory vs self, philosophy of religion, religion, corporatism, communism, ai, political philosophy, revolution, euthanasia, suicide, the soul, having children, heaven, purgatory, Sisyphus, Plato’s cave, your basic existential paradoxes and crises.
 
Real good first season.
 
Season 2 FINALLY arrives on Jan 17th

You can watch S1 for free right now on Roku for anyone that hasn't seen it and doesn't have Apple TV. Highly recommend checking it out
 
New season getting a lot of good reviews. Going to wait about a month before starting though so there is at least a few episodes built up in the queue.

Probably my favorite current show. Every single episode somehow ends with me thinking ‘what the fuck could possibly happen next?’.
 
Just finished season 1 last night. Pretty good mindfuck.
 
Amazon prime is offering 1 week free to watch this ... basically it's a 7 day free trial of apple tv.
 
It's a bit slow, it lacks action, but it is still very interesting. It's a neat concept. My free subscription runs out today and I'm up to season 2, ep 5. It's not worth buying apple tv over. Probably will torrent it though to get through season 2.

We got a 30 day free trial that ran out recently. IMO Apple TV is the least desirable of the streaming services. Very limited selection, there are 2-3 good shows, but nothing worth spending the monthly price over.
 
Another banger of a new episode out now.
