Should the SEC wait on the Big Ten?

Nope they were pussies and the SEC swings the big dick that will punish them

Agree.

Tough shit for Ohio State. But it's not like they were gonna win anyway.

SEC could be its own thing moving forward and CFB would be better off.

You'd get more championship games.
Man just throwing the towel in! We are in the early rounds and you can’t take the beating any longer.

Yep.

If I don't get to be happy watching my Broncos, on a Tuesday, in front of 237 fans, in November. Nobody deserves to be happy.

(I also bout a new Michigan jersey for nothin, which sucks.)

Did you get Harbaugh’s number?

That’s how sorry they are. Announce a schedule around thanksgiving, watch Covid cases go back up, then cancel it again. Basically buying themselves 3 more months

Big 10 needs to focus on b-ball where they are actually relevant on a national scale
I think the B1G realized just how premature it was to cancel the season and this whole Thanksgiving plan is hastily trying to get the games back after seeing the backlash/fallout to appease the masses. Unless they go full NHL/NBA bubble there's no way they're going to start at a time of year when some have said cases could go back up if they were that afraid of liabilities with starting normally.

When Tuesday night Fun Belt and Wednesday night MACtion gets canceled we all lose.

Nah, not really.

Yes, really. Their offense was going to be loaded. Defense was obviously going to take a step back but still should have been good depeding on how the inexperience in the secondary worked out

Oh great, so now we have to listen to 2012 all over again...if we'd have played...blah, blah, blah....

Never go full Buckeye.

We own your Roll Tide ass right now so you better watch your mouth. Alabama has been purposefully ducking Ohio State since 2014 just so they don’t get wrecked by another 3rd string QB. Well that was until Joe Burrow strolled on down to mess you guys up big time bro.
Also note that I gots nothing else to live for this fall so the above rant qualifies as a play off win by me over you.
Good luck this fall
Go Buckeyes
Roll Tide

They are going back up after this weekend's big social gatherings. Might as well be in a football stadium.

When have cases not been going up

youre going up against semi professionals once the playoffs start. It's a formality.

Alabama would have absolutely smoked 2012 Ohio State. The only way we would have been safe is they probably would have played Notre Dame, if they got past the CCG. That team was living on the edge.

They've been going down for a week or two at least now, haven't they? Or at the least it's slowing. I guess when some predict we'll see a surge in it would be more accurate.

I guess the point is they know they fucked up/left some members unhappy and are paying lip service now by promising something that might not even happen

Guess I've only paid attention to local really. We've seen huge spikes since kids got back on local campuses.

I assume the schools will close as soon as the deadline passes to drop/add refunds. Close for on campus anyway.

It might honestly be heading back up now nationally (or in certain regions) but I thought for a bit recently it was going back down. That add/drop thing is a bitch and probably true, feel bad for all the kids getting intentionally bait and switched.

I work with a guy whose dad is in administration at a local college.

He got to listen to my rant about what schools are doing to keep revenue up. Didn't want to believe me.

Couple days later he comes up and says he asked his dad about it. Filled him in on my thoughts. His dad just smiled and walked in the other room.

Next week on Tuesday, I believe is their deadline. And those fuckers have class on Monday, Labor Day. Lol. Never heard of any school being in session on that holiday. And I'm pretty sure there is a reason.

When I was getting my Masters at Northwestern my second fall term there didn't start until like September 28. I think they've already said they'll be online only, which seems like the one time using that odd quarter system instead of semester one pays off for students.

Is it just NW and MSU from tBIG that are online only?

(Sparty Veterinary students are on campus, that's it.)
