That's why I said Bama should be left out. I just don't see it happening. The committee will have to have a lot of explaining to do bc they will have to say how Bama and Texas both jumped Oregon when Oregon played the tougher schedule in the last two.

Either that or how they can ignore a double digit loss at home H2H

Oregon should be left out simply for the reason that the meltdown from OD would be Hall of Fame worthy.
 
Bama SHOULD be left out because they already lost to one of the other contenders.
 
For the "should" question, the answer is definitely Bama.
 
Texas will have a win over a p5 champion. have beaten the SEC champion, Bama, directly, have a better win over Oregon’s common opponent, and have a better SOS than Oregon by far (and even better than Bama), Texas only loss being in the last seconds to its two-loss archrival, and you think Texas should be left out?

It should be Oregon. Their resume wouldn’t even be comparable to Alabama and Texas
