played tennis last night and felt rusty after 3+ weeks off. Ended up losing in a tight match.

Morning. 4 closings today. 3 are tied together but seller is remote & hasn't finished all their docs yet. One buyer has yet to wire as well. Other is split with sellers this morning and buyers to end the day. Sure I'll be leaving way after 5 & more like 6. Oh the joys of being salary.

Fair question. That is always my #1 gripe with our winters is the lack of sunshine. I can deal with the cold but the almost constant overcast skies is becoming brutal.
